The 1+∞ System
How one human runs an empire with an army of AI.
Most people think scaling means hiring. I scale by multiplying myself with artificial intelligence: one human who brings judgment, face and decisions, plus infinite agents that execute. I don't trade time for output — I trade judgment for a system.
Separate the scarce from the abundant
Your time, your voice and your judgment are scarce. Execution —writing, editing, designing, publishing— is abundant once you load it onto AI. Anything that doesn't need your judgment, an agent does.
Capture in batches
Don't produce daily. Record your raw material in concentrated sessions: one day yields a month. That shields the system from your lack of time.
Build the army
One agent per function: ideation, scripting, production, design, publishing, analytics. Each with your rules and your voice embedded.
Gates, not micromanagement
You show up only where you add value: approving the voice, being the face, deciding the direction. The rest runs without you.
Permanent buffer
The system keeps weeks of work ahead. If life pulls you away, the machine doesn't stop.
